Para lutar contra estereótipos destrutivos e desigualdades, tivemos a coragem de nos posicionar e transformar nossas embalagens em um espaço para exaltar diversidade, equidade e outras causas importantes. Foram mais de 5 milhões de embalagens distribuídas por todo o Brasil. No verso delas, a hashtag #MulheresParaSeguir convidava a descobrir mulheres incríveis, criando uma rede de mulheres que inspiravam umas às outras. E também criamos a Tabela Pela Mudança: o que antes era a tabela nutricional se tornou uma tabela que chamou atenção para a diferença salarial entre homens e mulheres em diferentes mercados.

Sinopse em inglês: eQlibri is a PepsiCo snack brand that supports women’s self-acceptance. To fight against damaging stereotypes and inequalities, we took a stand and turned our own packaging into billboards that highlight diversity and equity. It was more than 5 million packs distributed throughout the country. On the back, the hashtag #WomenToFollow invited the audience to discover amazing women, creating a network of women who inspire one another. And we also created the Table For Change: what was once a nutrition facts table became a wage gap table, showing the salary difference between men and women in various industries.
